About the club

Built by search people. For search people.

The best search knowledge has always lived in private chats between people who trust each other. Search Marketing Club makes that room bigger without making it noisier.

Why

Search changes weekly

Updates land before anyone writes them up. Practitioners need somewhere to compare notes in real time.

What

A platform for the work

Channels, war rooms, a jobs board, a library and mentoring, built for how search teams actually operate.

How

Verified and moderated

Every member is checked, and pitching is removed. That's why people share real numbers.

House rules

Five rules. Enforced.

01
Practitioners first
If you do search for a living, in-house, agency or freelance, you're in. Vendors join as employers or sponsors.
02
No pitching
No cold DMs, link sales, guest-post offers or tool plugs. First offence is a warning; second is removal.
03
What's said here stays here
No screenshots or quotes outside the club without the author's permission.
04
Data before theories
Share what you saw and how you measured it. Speculation is fine; label it.
05
Be the colleague you'd want
Disagree with the idea, never the person. No harassment, no pile-ons.

Report anything that breaks the rules from the message menu on the platform. Moderators respond within [n] hours.

Who's behind it

Run by practitioners. Funded by members.

[Founder name and a short note on their search background.] The club is funded by memberships, job listings and sponsorship, never by selling member data.
