Adobe Analytics
About Adobe Analytics
In short: Adobe Analytics is analytics, attribution and reporting software, with enterprise pricing.
Enterprise web and app analytics from Adobe with attribution and anomaly detection
Adobe Analytics is an enterprise digital analytics product made by Adobe and sold as part of Adobe Experience Cloud. It is used by large organisations, often in retail, media, travel and financial services, to analyse behaviour across websites and mobile apps and to measure the performance of marketing channels.
Analysis Workspace is the main interface, a browser-based canvas where analysts build drag-and-drop projects with tables, visualisations and segments, then share or schedule them. Attribution features let teams compare models and decide how credit for conversions is split across channels such as organic search, paid search and email. Anomaly detection uses statistical modelling to flag unexpected spikes or dips, and contribution analysis looks for the factors behind them. Activity Map shows link performance on live pages, and Report Builder brings data into Excel.
Adobe Analytics is sold in packages including Foundation, Select, Prime and Ultimate, with pricing by quote. Adobe recommends that customers move towards Customer Journey Analytics, its newer cross-channel product built on Adobe Experience Platform, and offers migration tools for Analytics projects.
