Platform for building AI agent teams that automate marketing, sales and ops work

Relevance AI is a platform for building and running AI agents, made by Relevance AI, a company founded in Sydney in 2020. It describes its product as an AI workforce: teams of agents that carry out business processes for sales, marketing, customer success, support and operations teams.

For marketing teams, agents can research and enrich accounts, prepare briefs, summarise information and carry out repetitive multi-step tasks across connected systems. Relevance AI offers pre-built agents that can be customised, and teams can build their own with tools, triggers and approval steps, moving from assisted tasks to fully autonomous agents. Several agents can be coordinated as a workforce, with evaluations, A/B testing and analytics to monitor their performance.

Relevance AI connects to more than 1,000 apps, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Gmail and LinkedIn. Governance features include role-based access, audit logs, single sign-on, human-in-the-loop approvals and real-time monitoring. Pricing is through its sales team, and the company is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
